Congratulations to all participants for your ongoing commitment to providing the best possible client experience! Here are the 2007 Mutual Fund and Direct Brokerage Rankings:
Dalbar announced today that Toronto-based BMO Mutual Funds captured the company’s 2007 Mutual Fund Service Awards and RBC Direct Investing acquired the 2007 Direct Brokerage Service Award, given to the Canadian Mutual Fund company and Direct Brokerage firm providing the best overall service to their investors over the calendar year.
Clients that invest in managed portfolio products, or ‘wrap’ accounts, receive very informative and in-depth account statements from the firms handling their money, according to a recent study conducted by DALBAR Inc. The study states that account information provided to wrap account holders is generally more indepth than that given to holders of other investments such as retail mutual funds.

The Advisory Board forum held on May 25, 2007 at Royal Woodbine Golf Club brought together a group of highly respected financial advisors who offered candid feedback on their online experiences, needs, and expectations that will help financial services firms shape their E-business strategies. Committed to raising the standards of excellence in the industry, the focus of Dalbar’s Advisory Board was to measure the impact financial services Web sites play in helping to manage and build an advisor’s practice. The valuable feedback gained will be used to find solutions to effectively gain efficiencies through the online medium and enhance the use of all online communication and E-business services offered by financial services companies.
