 Dalbar has a heritage of identifying and recognizing centres of excellence. This heritage has been an engine of change and a guidepost to many for over 30 years. It is our deep belief that excellence is an essential step on the path to great success. This journey along the path to success has created opportunities for the hundreds of institutions that have shared our belief in excellence.
Our goal is to use the skills, knowledge and resources acquired through our long journey to bring success to our customers. It is vitally important to us that each institution we serve achieves their economic or non-economic goals. We will continue to apply all that we have learned and will learn to support our customers’ goals.
The winds of change bring challenges to every institution and at Dalbar we are committed to adapting to continuous changes. Some of these changes have made the pursuit of success more difficult, by presenting new hurdles or regulations. Other innovations have removed burdens and made the journey to success faster, better or less costly. We will continue to embrace the winds of change that bring improvements and fight against those that erode paths to success.
