CCA reports on the effectiveness and proficiency of handling calls in a specific phone centre. CCA provides phone centre managers with a hands-on tool to manage the quality of service provided by their representatives and the ability to maintain call centre industry standards.   Randomly selected calls are rated and managers receive detailed reports that show how well the call centre has performed in comparison to Dalbar benchmarks.
