DALBAR Canada’s first Call Centre Leadership Seminar, held on October 4, 2007 was a resounding success. Held in a unique venue, the Glass Room at the Royal Ontario Museum, DALBAR was pleased to have in attendance representatives from a variety of firms in the financial services industry.
